If the dealer buttons second hole card is exposed by the dealer in error while dealing the cards, what is the procedure for rectifying the error? Thanks for any help you can provide, I tried doing an internet search but coudlnt find any info, and also read Roberts Rules but couldnt find anything that specifically deals with this issue.
