I haven't had the BUG for a few weeks now with the exception of one or two SNG's. I think it's a take it or leave it proposition. I am however addicted to the e-mails of my compatriots and couldn't imagine a week without contact. So where does that put me?

yes, i can. havent played much for months. which is why my responses are usually wrong and make no sense.

I answered no way. Course, the negative effects would be not having a place to live and my car being repo'd. If I didn't need the money, I don't think I'd have a problem taking an extended time off. It's enjoyable, but I could go without.

Has anyone been confronted by the wife?

I was recently confronted with the ol' "You have a problem", "You love poker than you love me", "Can you put me first in your life"....

I dream of poker, I think this qualifies as an obsession, but I have had to tone it down quite a bit. If i'm lucky, I'll play an sng every other night now. As for live play, I have to wait until she has other plans first.

Well I can't say that I've never dreamed about poker. A friend of mine who made the final table of a WSOP seat freeroll, (top 2 got seats, he finished 6th) dreamed that he won the seat, and went on to win the ME. However, he is only 20, and when they found out this out they burned the entire 10 million dollars in front of him!

I had a funny one where I held pocket aces and the flop was AAA. I don't remember the suits, but I was excited because I could finally prove that online poker is rigged! I was even more surprised when my 3 opponents flipped over AA!

Any habit can be broken.

I used to bet on sports, play video games constantly, eat pizza daily, drink often, crave ######, spend frivilously on baseball cards and stay up til Midnight.

Yeah, and I've done it too.

I'm actually playing very little right now. While I'm playing well and winning, I'm finding myself incredibly bored lately with poker. Of course, I rack up and leave, because I know boredom will lead to losses of epic proportions.

Stop whats stop??? Im moving back to texas because I cant stop. Online I dofine. I can leae the table anytime up or down. But for some reason live if I have money or chips I CAN NOT LEAVE!!!! I have a problem I LOVE PLAYING. Its not the money. I would be happy if I could play real poker with fke money. But instead its BS poker.

I enjoy playing poker I guess you can say I am a newfie..only been playing for litle under year. But I am a good player. Still much to learn but I do enjoy a good game. All inners can get frustrating, but I enjoy it...

I am a way better player than some guys out there I think... even better than my husband...LOL

I've noticed this also. I've also seen that it seems that in certain threads it never works throughout the thread. What gives?
