Anyone else having problems with Full Tilt?

Yesterday, I was not able to log into my Full Tilt account. No explanation, only was given a message to contact "full tilt Support". I have since sent 3 emails with no response. I searched their website for a phone number but could not locate one. I found another customer service email and tried that one. I only recieved and automated response back that they "will respond soon". I have had an active account for several years now and am very concerned. Anyone else having an issue or can give me an idea on how to handle this problem? thanks

A lot of people had that happen to them, as of this morn i have not heard why and I have contacts within Full Tilt

At some point this happened to me. I had like $2,000 in my account and all of a sudden I was not able to login.
I was sending them mails like crazy, but no reply. Then I decided to wait for them to reply. I got my answer after a couple of days, saying that I have to explain my relationship with another account (my brother has an account there too). They also asked me to send the proof of my identity. I send them my scanned ID and one bill with my address on it and they unlocked my account in a day or so. My advice is this: send them one email and wait for them to reply. Do not panic, because they will not close your account if everything is ok. Hey even im facing the same , i have contacted the FUll TILT support center and they promised me that the issue will get fixed in a couple of hours.......

The only problem i encountered with Full Tilt poker is that i have been trying to get into this site for weeks now and it still says connecting to server so all i have uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times and still, i can't figure out whats going on.
