| newbie here. I think I just got skunked. First hand little buy tournament, I'm KK two off button I raise three bets and get called. flop=892, I raise get called, turn =qh I bet get called and then guy UTG goes all in. I stare at it see the straight possibility and reluctanltly muck. Good or cowardly? | ||

| No tonly a str8 possibility, but you have to consider QQ or AA in his/her hand too. This early in the tourny, I think it is wise to muck. | ||

| You also have to beware of the dead money early on in tournaments, you can afford to pick your spots early and wait for the maniacs to bust out also. | ||
