| You guys think these NL bad beats are bad?? HA! Listen to this one! NL Tourney at the Sahara... Final Table... the chip leader on the button raises(amounts forgotten...) BB re-raises... button calls.. Flop is Axx... BB checks... Button bets.. BB goes all in (for not much more) button calls.. has KK.. BB has AA for top set! Immediately I say Ha! He's drawing dead! (EXTREMELY unlikely for runner runner) guy next to me says.. no.. runner runner K's... sure enough.. turn K... surely not a K on the river right?? NOPE! Here comes a K on the river! The dealer held the card for a good 30 seconds before fully letting it go! If he had dealt it in the side game it would have been the Bad Beat Jackpot! So out the set of Aces goes! Her and the even stronger chip leader shocked! Something worse???? ON THE BUBBLE SHE WENT OUT! Now THAT is a bad beat! | ||

| That definitely qualifies as a HUGE bad beat! If the BB had a lot more chips when she checkraised all-in on the flop, I wonder if the button would still make the call with his two kings with an ace being out there. I doubt it. But for only a small amount, and a chance to knock her out, I think he was correct in making the call. Flakes | ||

| Worst beat I ever took was almost the exact same story, I had KK and flop was K rag rag, a guy goes all in with JJ and hits running jacks. I laugh about it now, but my jaw hung open for about an hour staring at the screen when it happened. hahahahaha. | ||
