| I was wondering if anyone had a favorite starting hand, like a lucky hand that they will at least see a flop with no matter what. I know a lot of you will say the premium hands and all but does anyone have a "lucky Hand" that is not a typical starting hand that they will play out of any position. For some reason everytime I get a Q-8 suited or not I tend to get very lucky with this hand. Just seeing if anyone else has a crazy hand they like to play. | ||

| JTs and J9s. I like to raise both of these in late pos every once in awhile (with either a lot of opponents or very few) for variation. on 19. | I like J-8 suited. Need to see a cheap flop, otherwise it goes right in the muck. I have to be up for the session in order to play it too. If I'm losing, I pass everytime. Go Bears "Baby, I am not from Havana." | ||

| Hi. In fact I have an unusual hand that I play very strongly every time although it is far from a strong hand. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you all what it is. But yes I have one. barryT | ||

| Well, as I have posted, I have a bit of an affinity for the 3s. One hand I always muck now is J9 suited or not. I lose so much money misplaying that hand, I just throw it away now. | ||

| I always seem to get lucky with QT, suited or not. I'm not sure why, but I find myself playing it even when I shouldn't because it always seems to pay off. As far as premium hands go, I like AK better than AA, because when I win with it I always win big, and when I lose with it I tend to lose less than I do with AA. -Moz "Humility isn't actually humility unless you're good enough at something to be humble." | ||

| It's a little stronger than some of the other hands mentioned here - but I will play KJ from any position (save UTB) - and even against a raise in mid-late positions...usually a very good hand for me... ;-) | ||
