| When I started playing poker online the site where I started was Paradise. I loved the screens and the support was awesome. But I was not happy that they did not have multitable tourneys. Eventually I withdrew most (except $6) from there to UB for the Multitable tourneys. I saw some postings lately about the beta testing of multi-table tourneys at Paradise. Last night the wife went out shopping and the baby was in bed so I decided to see if there were any freerolls going on to give them a try. There was a tourney for $1 that started at 8:00. I registered and away I went. There were 685 entrants. They paid 70 places. I finished 2nd. I won $90.39. I played some good poker. I was in a zone. I could almost tell you the suits of the other players hands lol. I have never ever felt that way playing. Hopefully it will not be the last. I just wanted to thank everyone for helping me improve my game. Here is the hand that tripled me up in the tourney. I am in MP with T24,250 with the blinds are T2,000/T4,000 with the antes at T75(I think) I raise it to T10,000 the Guy on the button (T30,000) reraises me to T14,000, Only a 4,000 raise. The BB (T26,780) calls my raise and the buttons raise. I push all in and both call me. the Button had and the BB had . My Aces held up and I was in 10th chip position with less than 70 players left. | Hatch, I want to register online but I'm a chicken. Can I ask you a few questions? What is the process on the sites you joined? I heard that you have to buy a phone card and transfer the balance (with a fee). Any help would be great. How long did the tourny take with 600 plus people? Have you ever cashed out? Had any troubel receiving funds? Thanks | ||

You just attach it with a checking account and they auto withdraw or deposit in your netteller account. You then go to the site where you want to deposit and it is there. I play at UB and at Paradise and have never had problems with cash outs or deposits. I hope I have answered your questions. If not let me know. | ||

| On Paradise you just download the software, and like the other poster said you can make an electronic deposit from checking with Netteller for free (takes about a week though). If you want to see how it works, download the software and register yourself (like for this forum) and play the play money tables for a few minutes. There is no risk in that (except getting bad habits). Then you can see how the software plays and if you like it that way. (I tried party but didn't like it, Paradise is better IMHO). | ||
