| So I was playing a 10+1 NL tourney on Party Poker. It was a 97 player satellite to a 200 saturday tourney. Top 3 got the buy in and 4 through 6 get a couple bucks. So after playing some very good (and some bad) poker, I found myself in the last 8 with 10K in chips (average of about 12K). Here are the last two hands I played (blinds 300/600: KK in early position, I make it 1500 to go. Only caller is a guy with about 3500. Flop comes AJx, ace and jack are suited. I went ahead and moved the guy all in for another 2k. He wishes everyone at the table luck, says he's goin to bed, and calls. Turn comes an 8, river is a blank. He had 88 and caught the set. Very next hand, I'm UTG with about 7500. I get KK, again! Again, I raise to 1500. Someone in middle position reraises to about 3300. I move all in... he thinks as long as he can, then calls. He had AK and caught an ace on the turn. I go bye bye. 8th place for me out of 97. It was my first final table and I felt I was playing very well, making a lot of good plays, making some good steals to keep a decent stack, but oh well. I guess it's not very often you get KK two hands in a row, and even less often you lose your whole stack with them. | ||

| I was playing a game last night and my friend went all-in with KK. I called with A10. Board was 3 4 8 5 2, so I caught the wheel. He was sick. | ||
