| For the past few days, I have been unable to log in at UB. I get an "invalid password" error msg. When I request an e-mail password hint, I get the hint "temp pass". It seems to me that my password has been (inadvertently?) reset. I'm thinking something most likely went a little crufty with the recent upgrade. However, I've e-mailed memberservices about it twice and no response. Anyone have any similar problems? | ||

| I was getting the same problem for a few hours after the upgrade. I logged in and was able to go to tables, but it was asking for a username and password for any tournaments, but then not taking my username and password. I quit trying for a while and then logged in again and got a screen saying I had to change my password. Since I use 3 different computers to play I reentered the original password and it took it and everything has worked fine since. Sorry I can't tell you how to get to the change password screen, but that is what fixed min. Guinnessman | ||

| I got this just last night. It asked me to change my password, so I did. Then when I logged back in, it asked me to verify my identity, so I did. Then it asked me to enter my password again, so I did. At which point I got in. Just wait out all the worms, you'll get there. on 17. | Try clicking "My Account" That is where it asked me to change my password and everything else | ||
