| Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has won a seat or is close to winning one. With almost every site giving away seats now i wonder if any of the UPF is close to one. It would be great if anyone of us will be there and maybe give us a live coverage of how he or she is doing. Myself i am very close to the final sattelite. I found a site where it is fairly easy ( compared to other sites ) to win a seat. They just started and are still in their trialphase but are running sats already (max i've seen is 60 players ). They are also still looking for propplayers so you get payed to play!!!. (www.gutshot.co.uk ). I have nothing to gain by this just thought you might like to know and i know these are great guys running the site. Anyways would love to hear if anyone is close to winning a seat and maybe you can tell us your progress. We could chear you on as a UPF fanclub. cheers, tommyhawk. | ||

| TH - I'm gearing up for a tourney in Houston. Max of 216 players. Winner gets a seat in the WSOP. No Limit. Next 6 finishers get a single table satellite entry paid for ($1030 at Binions). All 7 get airfare and hotel paid for. | ||

| Make sure the seat is guaranteed. I played on a site just to get in their WSOP seat tourney. Got in on the first try, and then had them announce just before the tourney started that it was for cash and not a seat since they did not get enough $$ in the pool during the 5+ months they ran sattelites. It did end up working out for me, since I got 6th and $500+, and may have gotten nothing if they gave the seat away. (I probably would not have gone all in with 10 10 either if it was for the seat.)
