| Hello, I just got poker tracker and the thing looks very confusing to me. I am a user of party poker. Can someone please give me a quick tutorial on how to get going? | ||

| What you need to do is request your hand histories from Party and then cut and paste the e-mail into a text file. You can then import the file into PokerTracker to analyze the results. You'll need to keep doing this as you play more hands (I'm having trouble with the auto-request function) | ||

| Thank you, I think I have figured it out. How do I make sure I get every hand and make it so I don't overlap hands if I request again? Will it know that hand is already in its system or will it count it twice? | ||

| You need to request the histories often enough so you don't miss any hands. If you forget, there is nothing that you can do (as far as I'm aware) to get hands farther back than 100. Each hand has an id# so PokerTracker won't record it twice. | ||

| You do not have to do this unless your e-mail is like a hotmail account or something. You can enter the info for your e-mail server and it will go directly there (POP e-mail option) or it will go to your inbox in Outlook and read them from there (check e-mail option) | ||

| I have a question about Party Poker hand histories, I know you can go up to the top right corner of the room and click to get hand histories for the current and previous hand, but how do you have them auto-sent to you? can you do that? | ||

| Poker Tracker has an option that it will go out to the Party Poker client and automatically request the hands. There is no way to get Party Poker by itself to automatically send them | ||
