| How about this scenerio for all the conspiracy folks? We can all agree that there is no reason for online sites to tweak the deal to generate bigger rakes directly. However ..... If left to itself, it stands to reason that in any game the weak/bad players will go broke and the overall cash flow will dry up as the better players move on to greener pastures. So, they track the winners and start dealing them hands that are 2nd best after a while so that the "fish" can win some and keep playing. The good players can still overcome this with better play while the game doesn't dry up. This keeps a healthy rake coming in for much longer. This also would explain why strange hands show up in SnG tourneys where there is no rake at all, just fees. Have fun with this one folks. Jim | ||

| This is not really a slightly different twist at all, really. People have presented this theory many times, since the first day I started playing online I've heard it. It's still seems like a valid theory to me, though. | ||
