I play 20/40 hold'em at Planet Poker and have played at this site for years. Cash-outs are processed promptly and their live (telephone & IM) customer service is responsive and always eager to help/answer questions. It's a great site!

My question is - with the cash -out problems I've read about in this forum on other sites and over-crowding (right now 75 players waiting to play 30/60 at Party Poker), why don't more high-limit players play at Planet Poker? Am I missing something?

I really can't understand why there are not more players there, there must be a reason. Someone said the players are weaker at these other sites - maybe that's it.

Customer Service isn't everything. They need solid gameplay, a good layout, easy to use, everything else.

The software is in serious need of updating. E.G.; No ability to take notes on other players, no table stats available and the list goes on and on. One needs only to visit sites like UB and Paridise Pkr to see where PP's players have gone.
