So, I got pokertracker. And I really really like it. Unless you play a lot. Because UB is being stupid. Below is some email traffic. (I even rearranged it so it's in chron order from top to bottom. I'll post their answer when it comes:

Dear customer service:

Are you saying that I can only request 200 hands in each email or 200 hands per 24 hour day? Because half of the hands listed below occurred on Friday and half occurred on Saturday, I think. (I might be wrong about that, but I don't think so.) If I just need to send a bunch of emails, I will. But that, quite frankly, seems dumb.

And, in any event, I cannot fathom a good reason for the rule. I'd love to hear one. (Especially since your system makes requesting them while at the table in bulk form not an option, in stark contrast to your competitors.)

Dear Cutomer Service:

Ok, but that doesn't really answer my question. And, rereading my question, maybe I was unclear. So, I'll try again:

Is it that I can only get 200 hand histories sent to me in any one email?

-Or-

Is it that, for any "day" of playing time, I can only have 200 of the hands that I play sent to me?

-And-

If it's that for any one "day" of playing time I can only have 200 hands sent to me, how do you define a "day"? A calendar day or a 24 hour block of time that starts whenever I log in?

Please let me know which it is.

Also, please send me these hand histories:

707149-3043 to 3158
707117-2931 to 2970

I think I'd get PokerTracker right away if this wasn't an issue. UB is dumb to have that and should start an auto request or an automated system.
