| I'm driving from New England to Colorado after Christmas and was thinking of breaking the trip up by stoping in at a few casinos along the way to play some holdem. Are there any Casino's along I-80 that are close to the highway? I wouldn't want to travel more than 1/2 hour off it. Also, has anyone ever played holdem in Blackhawk, CO? Is it worth a stop? thanks! | ||

| About an hour and fifteen minutes north of Omaha and Council Bluffs is an Indian Casino in Sloan. They spread 4-8 hold em, Omaha, and have regular tournaments. Just go north on I-29 when it intersects with I-80 and it is a straight shot. Although, it may be a little further out of the way then you'd like. P.S. The casino's name is WinnaVegas. | ||

| Isle of Capri in Bettendorf, Iowa usually spreads 3-6 Holdem w/ a kill and 4-8 Omaha H/L with 1/2 kill. It's about 5-10 minutes off 80, just get on I-74 and you will run into it. | ||
