| I recently tried to withdraw what little money I had in UB do to the problem that someone posted about the potential chat hacking and it has been over 5days and my withdrawal is still pending. I have emailed support about this 3 times and the answer I get is they are referring it to customer service or accounting to look at and that they will get back to me. Well thus far no one has gotten back to me after 5 days and 3 emails. Hopefully noone else has had this problem but I just wanted to let all know that in the very least my problem has gone unanswered. | ||

| I just took out a rather large amount. It only took 36 hrs for it to arrive at my Neteller account. I did have a problem some time ago with one particular withdrawal, but for the most part it has been a smoother process than either Party or Planet. The one downside is that they have no way to contact them other than e-mail, which can delay the process. I wish they had the live online support that Party does. Good luck in retieving your $$. I'm sure they eventually will release your funds. | ||

| Same thing here!!!!! No support whatsoever. "We have forwarded your request to accounting". I made one request over a month ago nothing in regards to the whereabouts. By the way, don't get even the least bit "snippy" or they will really ignore you. Totally ridiculous. Here is their parent company info. You can find it on their site. | I have never had any problems withdrawing from UB. I takes just a couple of days to be in my netteller account. | ||

| Why should should you be satisfied with "as little as 36 hours" when Party gets it out in as little as 2 and lately always less than 8, even on a weekend? And they have 24/7 toll free phone support. | ||

| I have been having a number of financial problems with UB, along with connection problems. In one case, during connection problems, a cashout was lost. It was found and credited to my account 9 days (a several emails) later. I just give up! Party is easier to deal with on all fronts. Stars would be a good alternate except their software is too slow.
