| Has anyone had trouble with withdraws from UltimateBet.com? I requested it on Nonember 11. The timing is not what scares me, it is the fact that I cannot get anyone to respond as to the status of my request. Every email I send to member services they reply saying "we have forwarded your email to accounting". I have sent them 7 emails so far. | ||

I made a withdrawal around the middle of November, and it went through in two days without a hitch. It was my first withdrawal so I was a little nervous, but very happy with the service I got. Are you taking it out to a Neteller account, or requesting a check? Go Bears "In the meantime, rest well and dream of large women." | ||

| On their site it says that they will attempt to do the withdraw through the same method as the deposit. I requested $2000. Apparently any amount over $2000 must be sent via mail. After pecking around on their site I found that I could set up direct deposit into my bank account. I did that and I requested another $1400 last Wednesday. It has been a week and I have heard nothing. This is $3400 total. Not a ton of money but enough. I cannot get them to respond! arghhh.... | ||

| The first one took a little over a week and they asked for some verification of bank accounts, etc. Once that was done I got my money two days later and now get it 1 or 2 days after each withdrawal. During the first withdrawal, the 'WHAT THE F*** IS GOING ON??' emails got ignored. The 'HELP! I THINK I DID SOMETHING WRONG' email got answered in 1/2 hour and everything got straighted out quickly. | Yep, my latest emails have been of the "'WHAT THE F*** IS GOING ON??'" variety. Maybe I will be more polite. I still think this is sh**ty customer service. PlanetPoker was great, they just do not have q $10-$20 often enough. | ||

| My first withdrawl from UB took almost a week to go through. I didn't try to contact them at all (since I can be a space-cadet like that) but I did get a little nervous after 4-5 days. Every one since has gone through very quickly, I imagine, depending on the amount, type of deposit, etc, etc. there is some amount of set-up/background check stuff that needs to be done for the first withdrawl. They have to be very careful due to the thing grey line of legality of the endeavor to begin with. I imagine your withdrawl will come through soon and you won't have a problem after that. As for customer service/accounting not responding, well, that's par for the course with most customer service depts in my experience. | ||
