| I heard alot of people saying that they missed the str8 draw on the turn... In brunsons book, if an ace falls, there is ALWAYS the possibility that someone will fill their str8 on the turn... look at it like this Flop: A J 6.... any K Q or 10 could fill an inside str8... this goes for any flop with an A and a 10 or higher... same for an A and a 5 or lower If both are in the middle A 79 there are many str8 fillers in this hand as well. In your situation Flop A8x if you bet out and are called and the turn is a Jack... no one could have filled their str8... so you really shouldnt be looking too terribly hard at str8 draws.... when the final K came up.... you cannot logically put someone on Q 10, maybe others can, but you have to put opponents on logical hands to be calling you with. The K shouldnt have scared you at all (unless as you mentioned that you were gettng the A K vibe from someone). I understand your disgust whole heartedly when a player flips up to garbage cards that hit runner runner miracles to bust your very strong two pair. As others have said you should control your temper and say "Good hand" it will give them confidence to pull the same ignorant plays on you in the future. This lady may catch a few miracles on you but in the long run her bank roll will be in your pocket. P.S.
