| Hello my pokerfriends, Gonna play a live tournament tonight with aprox. 80 players. I am not allowed to play live tournaments in my country ( company policy ) so i am restricted to playing 3 a year which are for employees only. I have always came in with the last 20 at these but never won one yet. I got the book of tells and watched the videos online ( must if you play live ). They saved me a few bucks already. The problem is that 80% of the players are really bad and i think it is very hard to put them on anything which I therefore don't. I am planning to be the hardest rock ever for the first 5 rounds and when the blinds are somewhat bigger to be a bit loose. Or should I do something completely different? It is a 15 euro buy in with a 10 euro add on which EVERYBODY does. I should shouldn't I? It is the same amount of chips as the buy in so Sklansky says i should always take it. If you got some thoughts how I should handle this please feel free. Tommyhawk. Keep on learning ;) | ||

| Tommyhawk, Best advice I got when playing with loose bad players, is to make them pay, if they are going to chase a straight or flush draw all the way to the river. You wont win them all, but odds are in your favor, and when you win, youll wina good pot. | ||
