| It's an extremely loose table.... first I get AK in EP and raise it. MP stays in. A comes up on flop and I bet all the way to the river where someone catches a 2, they were holding A2o. How can these people take A2 to the river with someone betting into them? Then I get Q9 in the big blind and the flop comes up Q9A... again someone gets their 5 kicker on the river for A's and 5's Here's the worst one though... I get 66... the flop comes up 868, turn comes up a 7 so I put them on a straight... They end up having quad 8's. 40 hands and this is the crap I get.... | ||

| Maybe you need to adjust your play, check raise more often, play more drawing hands... | ||

| nothing would get these guys to fold. I just had AK and AK6 came up and someone took me to the river with 67o because they had a pair of 6s.... I couldn't believe he called me all the way | ||

| Those first beats are gentle:) I suffered my worst single hand beat in a long while today with QQ. Three bet preflop with 5 people. Flop QJx. Capped by 4 players on flop. Turn J, I bet and only get called by all 3 players. River x. I bet and get raised , 2 fold to me and I raise only to get reraised, well I go ahead and cap it off thinking that the guy would have raised the turn if he held quads which of course he shows me:) Shit happens, next hand. | ||

| The first 2 were tame but it makes it seem worse when you get a few of them in a row. Then with 2 full houses getting beat with four of a kind really pisses me off :) I ended up getting a 4 of a kind about a half hour after that though and I'm up for the night. 3 four of a kinds in about 1-2 hours seems pretty excessive | ||

| I think maybe your missing the point. They may be hitting some amazing draws for huge hands, but the point is that they are overplaying their hands to the extreme, which if you have the bankroll to wait out is a really really profitable situation to be in IF you can adjust. The fact that you made this post makes me think you might be better off just leaving the game and finding one you are more comfortable with, which is nothing to be ashamed of, but the truth of the matter is that they can't keep getting lucky forever... | ||

| The funny thing is, I pretty much knew what the post was going to say, and what my response would be just from the title, 40 hands is such a mini sampling it's not even funny, we've all had the most amazing runs and amazing bad beats containted within 40 hands. | ||

| They are overplaying their hands to the extreme and I actually don't mind at all... They just got a lucky streak. It was a little annoying that I lost 75% of the cash I started with on the table in the first 50 or so hands but I knew it wouldn't last for ever. When I left the table I had a little more than triple of what I started with. Most of the time in low-limit on-line tables, there isn't a huge point to leaving the table I find... Just wait 10 minutes and half the table will be different people anyway | ||

| Party Poker is world renowned for its infamous river's. I mean it has gotten to the point where most people actually play as if their card is going to land on the river due to the nature of the site. Im not big into conspiracy theories, but something tells me the river is the reason they make such a huge rake compared to other poker sites. | ||

| If you play on UB you will hear the same thing, only there it is about miracle boats and str8 flushes instead of just plain flushes. | ||
