Hey Guys,

Saturday I played in a 60 person $100 buy in B&M NLHE Tourney. I finished 5th, in the money in spite of the fact that the best hand I saw all day long was pocket 9'sonce and AQo four times. I did get lucky doubleing through twice while all in with a short stack that brought me back to life.

I was just thrilled being able to money even thought the cards were fairly cold for me. I made great reads on the other players, the best I've ever done actually. I bet all in more than once with marginal hands (middle pair, draws etc) simply because I had read my opponent as weak. I played his cards not mine and it worked like a dream for me.

I'm trying to analyze my game further but really haven't been able to figure out what the heck I did so well to money with cards like this. Was it just luck? I don't think so, but sure some of it was. This is my second money finish in three live B&M Touneys I've played in over the past 4 months.

What do some of you more experience tourney players do to analyze your game?
