| Illinois: Argosy Gaming fired John Mosele, its 12-year captain of the Alton Belle riverboat casino, after he left the docked vessel to help a nearby boat that had crashed, killing four and injuring two, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch said. A Coast Guard official said Mosele violated federal code that requires a vessel to be manned by a captain at all times. 70% tax and people too stupid to obey the spirit of the rules, rather than the letter of the law (leave a docked ship in order to help in a maritime accident? Oh the HORROR....) A BIG booooooo to whoever is responsible. | ||
