I've been playing at UB and have done well enough that taxes are now a concern. Has anyone here dealt with this and how? First off UB is offshore, so no 1099 will be sent. Since it is offshore and internet driven, is it even reportable income, for US citizens?

Second, it sounds like there has been some crackdown on internet gambling, but mainly for sports betting. How are others dealing with bringing money from these sites into the states? Is this really even a concern? Thanks for any help on these issues!

WELL, THIS IS NOT A SUBJECT THAT ADAM THE EXPERT LIKES
TO THINK ABOUT, BUT IT'S A REALITY OF LIFE, AND WHAT THE

HECK, NO ONE ELSE IS RESPONDING, SO . . . . . . .. . HERE WE

GO:

AS A U.S. CITIZEN, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING TAXES

ON ANY INCOME, WHETHER EARNED IN THE U.S., OR NOT.

SORRY, BUT THE FACT THAT ALL THE SITES ARE NOT

BASED IN THE U.S. DOESN'T SAVE YOU!!!

HELL, IF YOU ARE WALKING DOWN THE STREET, AND

FIND A HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL, THAT WOULD BE TAXABLE.

MY ADVICE TO YOU: PAY UP!! TAXES ARE A FACT OF LIFE,

AND THERE'S NO GOOD POKER GAMES, IN A FEDERAL PRISON!!
