| I'm intending to buy one of two Cloutier/McEvoy books as a start and wondered if someone could tell me the difference between their "Championship NL and PL Holdem" and "Championship Holdem." Is one of these newer? For a NL player such as myself, will the "NL/PL" book have more useful playing tips than the one with the more general title? | ||

| holdem is for limit, nl and pl is for nl and pl. both also cover tournament play a bit. | ||

| Thanks! By the way, my memory was just playing tricks on me with the Jones/Negreanu--no such book exists (not sure exactly how my brain came up with that invention, but whatever... just didn't want to perpetuate the confusion) | ||

| If you can wait it looks like these two books are being updated for release in early 2004.... they are on pre-sale on amazon.com | ||
