Playing 0.50/1 HE on ParadisePoker.

I am late MP. I have JcJh and it is folded to the guy before me who raises. One or two hands earlier this guy raised with A10o so I can't fear his raise too much.

I re-raise to 1.50. My logic is, since I don't fear his raise I want to let him know that I have a big hand also. Is this logical?

BB calls and raiser calls. We see the flop 3 handed. Kind of surprise that the BB called $1, but then again he seems pretty loose. Can't put him on AA because he would want to cap, at least I would if I had AA, and KK for that matter. I think I am ahead here.

*** FLOP *** : [ 8h 4h Qh ]
BB: Check
Raiser: Bet ($0.50)
The Q doesn't make me happy, but I think I need to show strength still.so I raise to $1.

Both call. Interesting that raiser only called. Seems his bet was an attempt to get people to fold. Otherwise, I would have expected a re-raise. But since this is low limit, maybe I am expecting to much?

Again surprised that the BB called. Guessing he has a Q. Maybe even hit the flush.

I am probably behind here. But I have a Jh and only need one more heart to complete my flush with J high.

*** TURN *** : [ 8h 4h Qh ] [ Ah ]
BB: Check
Raiser: Check

4 hearts giving me a high flush. Only thing that beats me is Kh. I think I have to bet here to see if I am behind to a Kh. I bet $1.

Both call.
*** RIVER *** : [ 8h 4h Qh Ah ] [ Ts ]
kculydal: Check
chipshot9irn: Check

Both check? Again I think about my flush. Only a Kh beats me. Does one of them have a Kh and trapping me? I have to bet here and see if my flush holds up.

I bet $1.

Both call

*** SUMMARY ***
Pot: $13.25 | Rake: $0.50
Board: [ 8h 4h Qh Ah Ts ]

BBlost $4.50 (showed hand) [ Qc Ac ] (two pair, aces and queens)

Raiser lost $4.50 [ Kd Qd ] (a pair of queens)

NickleRich bet $4.50, collected $13.25, net +$8.75 (showed hand) [ Jc Jh ] (a flush, ace high)

I was behind on the flop. Is showing aggression here by raising throwing away money in general?

I was ahead on the turn and river. Should I worry more about the higher flush since it could only be 1 card?

I hope that if the turn didn't bring my flush I would have checked. And considered floding to a bet. Would that be wise?
