Roy summed up my mood with his standard signature line...
Finally decided to give in and treat my honey and I to a well-deserved vacation. Just booked passage for a 10-day cruise to the Mexican Riveria and am pretty pleased with the idea. Who else would I share my news with if not my fellow UPFers.

Now this is really strange I know - but it's not a poker cruise. I guess I'll have to lay by the pool and read poker books :)

Many ships still have some poker in their casinos, so you might be able to play a little...

They do have a casino - I checked that already but no poker...
slots, craps and roulette
none of which I play.
But this is more than ok. :)

Hi Angel

Play to live....Don't live to play...Those players that live to play burnout and hit a wall....You have to put other things in your life to survive this profession mentally and emotionally....I like your decision (Actually I like almost all of your decisions) to go on vacation...Have fun and have a Daquiri for me :-)

Life is good :-)
