I have been playing Hold em for about 4 months now....I have super system and want more books....I play mostly pot limit at two to four weekly games. I am hoping to start winning more. For now I am just playing tight. I win consistently but then at one of the bigger games, I can lose most that i have won in one sitting? They are low limit games...any help would be useful. I am planning on getting the wilson software and the caro videos....as i say any info is greatly appreciated. Also, I am considering

Lou Krieger Hold em excellence
Sklansky the Theory of Poker
Lee Jones Winning Low Limit
Sklansky Hold em poker
sklansky and malmuth Advanced Hold em

Thanks for any input.

Ace:

Will you STOP responding with the same post under our threads please. If you want to talk about John Vorhaus, then put up another thread titled "John Vorhaus". Personally I think you're becoming rather "spammish", and you are actually taking *away* from anything that may be positive about his book. Someone posted a question about Brier's new book and you posted up the same post as this one - and you put up the same post when someone was asking about Rolf Slotboom's material. There are lots of great authors out there and I'm sure JV is one of them, but have some respect and some consideration to the other author's as well, because if you can't respond to the question at hand, and all you want to do is to keep putting up the same post.....then perhaps you shouldn't respond at all. Just a thought. Thank you.
