| Is it illegal to play online poker for money in the state of Tennessee? I have searched high and low and cannot find out the legailty of it. | ||

| I don't think that it has actually been passed as an illegal activity although they are doing their bit to try and make it more difficult to gamble online (like making credit card purchases difficult). It will probably be more dubious in the future but at the moment, I believe you are well within your legal right to gamble online - they did look into it when Moneymaker won the World Series and it was found that online gambling would have to be deemed illegal all over the world in order for it to be enforced in one area or country. In other words - go for your life - they can't touch you for it! | ||
