what is the math on who is the favorite here? Preflop KK is favorite when no A or K shows on flop how big of a favorite am i now? No A or K on the turn, now what are the odds of him outdrawing me on the river as his only wins are 3 aces(assuming that they are all still live and have not been mucked.

Things like suits and straight possibilites will change the odds a bit, but assuming the flop brings no straight or flush draws:

Preflop, KK is about a 2.3:1 favorite
flop with no ace: KK is about a 6.8:1 favorite (but it goes down to just over 6:1 if 2 wheel cards are present)
Turn: 13.6:1 with one card to come

If you "know" he has AK, then there are 3 outs for AK out of 46 cards remaining, as I see it.
