Let's say you're playing no limit, holding a middle pair, say 7's. You made a large bet and there is only one caller. You can saftely read him for two hight cards (doesn't matter which, just both higher than seven, but I'll call him AK for simplicity), lets say unsuited in this example.
I was wondering what the odds are you will win the hand. AK has a 5 out of 8 chance of landing a pair on the board, but you have 1 out of 5 chance of making trips on the board. And he has a small chance of making a straight. It's nearly a 50 % chance of you winning with 7's, if I'm doing the math correct?
