Playing 5/10 shorthanded holdem, I'm down a little bit... but the right mix of players are at the table for a comeback. I'm 1 off the button with K10s and I limp in.... the BB (either a complete moron or on super tilt, a few hands earlier was betting and raising/re-raising with 9 high and no draw a few hands earlier, and I had just caught on to his horrible play) raises, and a player to my right calls. Flop 10 10 10 bets on flop: Maniac on BB bets, guy to my right bets (maybe a pocket pair or just realizing the BB is likely weak as well) raises, I call, maniac re-raises, we all call. bets on turn: Maniac bets, player to right calls, I call (a bet here would drive out the guy to my right, and I know he'll call the maniac's inevitable bet on the river) bets on river: Maniac bets, player to right calls, I raise, maniac re-raises, other player folds, I cap it, and a call. Perhaps I could have gotten four bets on the turn with this guy, but thats after the fact, and I didnt want to blow the chance for a lot more bets. Maniac could have had rockets but who knows. Then the server crashes two hands later. Same thing happenned to me last night when I found the right table with all the fishes, by the time it resolved last night my guy was no where to be found. I hope it gets fixed ASAP, for the lost potential is enormous for me.
