I'm looking for some input on my game. I play in a dealer's choice game with 7 players and myself. We play mainly holdem with some Omaha and an occasional 7 stud or lowball hand. We play a dollar ante (no blinds) and you can bet between $1 and $10 on any betting round. In this game it seems I come out as a winner a majority of the time. However when I lose its normally everything I've brought with me. I usually take $200 and I'll win between $100 and $500 over the period of an evening. When I lose its always the entire $200. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can control these losses and keep them to a minimum. I've been playing poker now for 4 or 5 years and I just can't seem to kick this issue. Any ideas or input would be appreciated.

well for me, that sort of thing is just normal variance. calculate you BB per hour, thats what you need to pay attention to i think. as long as thats good, its ok to lose it all a few times...
