| Last Saturday night I was in a tournement at UltimateBet. It was their Super Sat for an enrty to their Million Dollar Tournement in Jan. The buy-in was $109 or an Aruba Chip won during another tournement. I bought in with an Aruba Chip. An hour and a half into the game, with the field down from 186 to 63, the game froze and I lost connection. The probem did not appear to be local or my ISP. It took about an hour to get back to the game where I found that I had busted out at 46th due to being blinded out. I wrote UB and explained what had happened. They wrote back with a couple of questions about the time and game I was in. I answered and shortly received a refund of my buy-in and a nice letter from them. Just thought I would openly give credit where credit is due. | ||
