Hi. Once in a while I will see a post from someone asking should you raise with aces in this or that sops before the flop (usually with a lot of limpers already in. The answer is YES.

This does not mean you will win. It only means that your hand is so far superior to everyone else's that in the long run, you will take far more out of the pot than you will put in.

I know some of you can come up with a tournament end-game scenario where it is wrong to raise with aces (or even play them). FIne. In cash games, it is right. So raise pre-flop from where-ever.
