One of the local casinos have a daily tournament where a random bounty is placed on one of the players at the table (low card when drawing for the button). The bounty is equal to a buy-in to the tournament so basically you get your money back to bust the bounty player.
Is this enough of a payout to have people aiming for the bounty?

I was wondering how would you adjust your play when you have a bulls-eye painted on your forehead? If your stack gets low, tighten up your play? Not change anything and hope that people will come after you with inferior hands.
I would think that if you are close to busting out, you might get multiple callers to any raise that you make, just for the possibility of them busting you out.

I have not played in any of these tournaments yet, but I hope to in the near future, and if I'm picked as the bounty, I would like to know what I can do to handle it.

Hi Mangus

I have a bounty put on me at promo tournaments at PlanetPoker.....I find that when I get short chips that everyone comes after me and winning the pots I go all-in on is VERY tough as I have multiple opponents to beat every time.....I think it makes winning much tougher!
