SNG- Difficulty question, ManicStarSeed, 13. Oct 2003 15:00

I have been playing online Hold’em for about a month now. I typically play 1/2 ring games (limit) and $5 sit-n-gos (L and NL) at UB. Although my ring game is a bit sporadic and needs a bit of improvement, I am having pretty good success in the SNG. I have placed in the money 8 (2/3/3) out of 11 times. Granted, this is way too small of a sample to come to any meaningful conclusions but I have had luck ranging from ice cold cards to pretty lucky. My question is ….
I am interested in playing $10 or $20 SNGs and want to know how different the play is? How much tougher will the games be? If there is little difference, I would like to move up to $20 limit SNG as the rewards will be greater. Knowing my limits, I know that I am not willing to play anything greater until both my ring games improve and I can win consistently at $20 SNG.

Thanks in advance.
