| I was playing a SnG at UB the other day, and this one guy pulled this all-in disconnect crap about a dozen times. Everytime he was invested in a pot, but didn't have the hand to call another bet, he tried this ploy, and rather successfully. He made many hands at the turn and river that he would have had no business calling bets with. Some people questioned whether he was actually doing this on purpose or not, but if he ever held the nuts, he conveniently maintained his connection long enough to make calls and raises all the way to the river. | ||

| Try PokerStars. If you disconnect during a SNG you get extra time, but after that your hand is folded. They just went to no "all in" NL ring games also. That is no all in by disconnect. You can still put all your chips in if you want to. | ||

| Looking at the UB policy, and from my own experiences, it should have been impossible for him to pull that stunt more than 4 times, on purpose or not. I know it from experience because I have a DSL modem that overheats on hot days. Thankfully my disconnects have come at times when it is obvious they are accidental or would be pure stupidity to have done so intentionally. | ||
