I'm trying to organize a tourney in NJ - no house rake - just a bunch of people playing tournament style.

Can we host this at a place that serves alcohol, like a bar? WHat if it's just a room where no alcohol is sold, like a condo rec rom? Can people bring alcohol? What are the legalities in terms of who is making a profit, etc. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
