playing online how do you stay focused on the game? what kind of information are you trying to pick up on other players?

example might be, you have sat at the table for 30+ hands and are dealt 93o in MP you know your gonna fold, what do you watch the rest of the hand? *im assuming you have a read on each player by this time*

A lot of people won't watch the game after that. Instead they are busy betting on another table or watching 'Friends'

I watch the betting patterns and if it gets to a showdown, I'll pull up the hand history to see what the loosing hands were in order to note what the player or players were opening with (on UB hand histories are a click away). I find that if I let my concentration stray, I don't do as well. (duh!). Plus - if you stray, or are playing other tables, you're less likely to note when players leave and are replaced and can find yourself betting at a fish only to discover he/she's been replaced by a shark! ;^)

I usually try to predict what the players that are still in are going to do, and try to strategise for them if they have certain hands.

It helps me get a feel for when I'm in a hand, and keeps my mind from wondering to far.
