| All in all, I like NL Hold 'Em... but it's a completely different world when using aggression and dealing with it from others in NL than in limit. In NL, intimidation can be the weapon of choice and I win a great many pots by betting the pot when 3 others have checked before me... which is almost never really a bluff because I have something to have gotten that far to begin with. My question is this: Is there any sort of set guidelines about betting, calling and raising in NL as there is in limit or is it simply a matter of reading the opponent and playing your instinct... instinct of self preservation of killer instinct, depending on the situation. At the moment, I'm flying by the seat of my pants... and want to learn to do better. NCD | ||
