| Lets say that i raise with AK or AQ and I am called by two loose calling stations in a 6-12 holdem game. Normally against typical opponents I will throw out a bet if I am up against just two or less people even if I miss the flop. If the flop is scary and I get callers then I am done with it. If the turn does not rate to improve anyone I will bet again with a ragged flop. What do you do against calling stations. I am talking about people who will call you down with anything. Do you bet the flop and the turn for value because they are loose players and you may actually have the best hand and you have outs if you don't. Do you just check and fold if you miss the flop? | Hi, If they're going to call you down with anything, then I think you're going to have to hit something to keep betting with. Of course alot will depend on what the board reads, but usually after you raise with AK and get called, if they check it to you, I may put in one bet on the flop and take it from there. But if both of them call you and you don't improve on the turn, I wouldn't be putting in more bets unless you thought that they were on some type of a drawing hand, but with really loose calling stations, it's hard to put them on hands. If they have a pair of threes they're going to call you anyway, so if I were you, I would make sure that I flopped or turn either one of my pairs, or at least have a very strong draw to put in another bet with. They will pay you off handsomely when you flop a pair of Aces and they have bottom pair, and *that's* where a value bet will come into good use for you; especially if they're never going to raise you when they hit two pair. 4P- | ||

| Hi MFS. Against calling stations you bluff less, if at all, and value bet more. -NY | ||

| Against one or two calling stations I'm likely to bet the flop and take the free card on the turn with AK or AQ. | ||
