| I requested a $250.00 withdrawal from UB (to Neteller) on Saturday, 9/20. I received a response indicating that withdraws are posted within 2 business days. Today is Wednesday, 9/24 and I have yet to receive the withdrawal. I sent an email and I get an email about "heavy volume". Anyone else had problems withdrawing from UB? This has got me worried.... | ||

| I have withdrawn twice from UB, once was very quick, once took a coouple weeks. I would say, dont worry, be patient, and keep winning! | ||

| I withdrew 250 a while ago, it definately took longer than they promise. I had to send support an email asking where my money was, they responded that someone would review this promptly and the money came back a few days later, all told it was definately over 1 week... | ||

| I withdrew $1000 a couple ofweeks ago and it was quick. This week when I withdrew $1300 it took a while. Id say dont worry you should get your money soon. | ||

| UB has been horrible lately for withdrawls. I had one pending for 2 full weeks before they delisted the pending. I am assuming that there is a cheque in the mail, but IMO that is far too long and it makes me want to find another site to play on. That is something that they should be dealing with high volume or nay - especially when people email in a complaint. | ||

| rest assured, u will eventually get the $. my most recent experience had me told that my check was processing on 9/5, but i didn't get it until 9/23. i also have 2 more checks pending in between that time and now and i hope to get lucky when i get back home from a week away but i highly doubt i'll be that fortunate. | ||
