I have lost a number of hands lately by some jackass (Im sorry I know I should appreciate them and I never berate them but I hate and I mean hate crappy players.....Im in therapy) holding any two suited cards regardless of a preflop raise. Im talking about things like 8-3.

Please tell me that the odds do not justify playing any two suited cards and that they are losing money in the long run. Just want to make sure I am not crazy. err how about wrong about this.

You are not crazy. 83s should never be played in a limit game except from the BB for free. Perhaps I complete in the SB if it is 1/3, but otherwise it is in the muck.

it's only a +EV play when I'm holding AA.....well may be not....But, it sometimes seems that way.
