| Hi all I just finished watching some 1st day WSOP 03 action on TV ( they're just starting to run it on a canadian sports network). Anyway, i watched Doyle call all-in for 6000 with K9 suited! ugh. Did anyone else see this? I can't see one good reason for the play. He was beginning to get short stacked, but was not yet in any trouble. the best possible scenario would be that the all in player was bluffing with a complete garbage hand, and even then Doyle would only be a small favorite. I really don't like his play at all! His whole demeanor seemed to be self defeating, like he expected to lose, even before this hand came up. Any thoughts? Mark | ||

| I don't believe so. King-9 versus Ace-King. He went all-in and was called by one of the well-known Euro pros whose name escapes me at the moment. He actually won a hand with 10-2 and gave everyone a good chuckle. But honestly, he looked disinterested to me. on 24. | He didn't bust out, he actually WON two WSOPs in a row with T2. That hand will forever be known as a Brunson. | ||

| A very good point. Ts2s the first time and Td2h the second time. Made tens full of dueces on both. Doyle is VERY well know for being a very loose, very aggressive player. He will play ANY TWO CARDS if he just won the last pot and with bluff with ANY two cards if he thinks he can take the pot right there. -Moz "You can see your reflection in the luminescent dash." | ||
