| Hi All, I am just starting to play on line SNG's. May end up in a B&M someday, too. I would like suggestions on a good poker book geared to tournament play. I presently have: Lee Jones on Low Limit HOldem Theory of Poker, and Holdem for Advanced Players-Sklansky and Malmuth Also planning on purchasing Mike Caro's Book of Tells Thank you, Kyle | ||

| Sklansky's Tournament Poker for Advance Player's is a must and I would also get Cloutier/Mcevoy's Championship No limit and Pot Limit Hold'em if those games interest you. Good luck. Steve | ||

| Read Sklansky's chapter on the gap concept and skip the rest of it. Too much math, too hard to read, it isn't written for a newer player. Cloutier and McEvoy's book seems to have a good rep but I have yet to read it. Eli on 16. Sep 2003 09:40 Kyle wrote: > Hi All, > > I am just starting to play on line SNG's. That said most of it is stuff you probably do already if you are a good player but you have never seen it in writing before ! GL Chase . | ||
