| Hi everyone, I recently withdrew $240 from my account, leaving $30.30 left for me to play with at tables. Well today I sat down at a table and I couldnt sit because it said my account was at -$69.70. I then checked my transaction history. They credited $100 to my visa today because i had deposited a total of $100 and thats how it works so the other $140 is suppose to come in check form. Well i have $30.30 in my account right now to play with and i click to sit at a table and it says i have -$69.70. 30.30+69.70 is 100, so the *genius* that credited the $100 to my visa took it out of my current account instead of the real $240 i withdrew earlier. This is a major problem on UB member services part. They cant be having such problems. Anyway, I sent UB 3 emails today and of course it will take days for them to respond! Any thoughts? | ||

| After this gets straightened out I will hopefully return to my opinion of UB being the best online poker site. | ||

| If this had happened at PartyPoker you could at least phone them to get it right. I had a problem with UB recently and was frustrated to no end(!!!) because I had to deal with them using e-mail only. Please post a phone number for UB if you get one. | ||

| Anyone can make a cashiering error. The important thing is, the quality and integrity of the games. Unlike the "big" competitor, UB is run by poker PROFESSIONALS, who KNOW poker. The 'you know who" site, is run by amatures, who only know how to make money, not how to run games. No, I'm not involved with the site, and in fact, just started there three days ago. Already more than quadrupiled my $500 starting account, and that includes one 'tilt' session. If I were to bet, I would bet that they resolve your account problem, and maybe even give you some compensation for the error. Now, if only a could get the four million points that I need for the HARLEY. | ||

| Hey, haven't I seen you in those PLO games? Those games are nuts, I only started playing pLO a few days ago, now I'm comletely hooked. | ||

| My experience with UB is that they have always been really good at straightening things out when they go wrong. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt until you hear otherwise. I think that they've also been pushed past their capacity to do withdrawls because of their deposit bonus ... sounds like everybody and his pet monkey deposited $200 and then withdrew it right away and I know that when I did that, I also withdrew additional funds. I imagine that they're all just very busy. But hey...if you get a cheque for $240 and the $100 was credited to your visa and your account is still at -$70, there isn't much to complain about, is there? It isn't like they're going to sue you for that $70, so take it as a Monopoly-style "bank makes error in your favour - collect $70" | ||
