| Is the Wilson tournament software the only place I can practice No Limit for free? I've only played No Limit in the UPF tournaments (I don't have the money to throw at it otherwise) but I need more practice for cheap. I was disappointed that Wilson Turbo didn't have a No-Limit game (even though it's helped my limit skill immeasurably.) Thanks all. see you wednesday. beigs | ||

| Well, you can practice with play money at Poker Stars or UB... if that's what you mean. I have found in the past that those who manage to accumulate a lot of free money migrate to the higher limits, and the play can be a *little* better at high limits. -Moz "It's not so much that I have confidence in scientists being right; it's that I have so much confidence in non-scientists being wrong." | ||

| Thanks, Moz. I'm trying to avoid the extreme looseness of Play money. I did that for a while as I tested out online sites and found myself being an idiot with everyone else. Are there any freeroll tourneys that happen in the evenings (EST)? I can never seem to get into any UB SnG's and I started losing money on the Party SnG's so I stopped until I can some more practice. Of course, I'm willing to hand money to everyone here at the UPF tourneys, but that's just for fun, right? ;) take care, beigs | ||

| Check out Bugsy Club/Poker Pages. Every day you can play (free) no limit tournaments with fields as large as 400-500 people. Keep in mind that until you get to the ante stage, there will be a lot of "crazy" players left in the tourney (making it less than realistic). - Nathaniel Brous | ||

| www.pokerstars.com has regular freerolls with a few thousand players where it is NL Holdem. Great practice. For $1 you can play in a slightly more challenging game (fewer squirrels ...) at www.bugsysclub.com. Hope this helps and good luck! flintsword | ||
