All In Prob
--------------

In most of online poker games it is mentioned like as under in quotes:

"[ALL IN POLICY ] If your connection is lost, your hand will be played as an all-in bet. (This feature is restricted to a maximum number of times per day, to prevent individuals from gaining an advantage by purposely allowing themselves to be timed out.)"

Why All In is not appreciated (as it appears from the text above)?
Why online poker house restrict the players in doing so?

How a player can be benefited by going All In? As far as I have learnt poker online when a player goes All In, his side pot is created and he could win only that part of pot which he contributed in.
Moreover, while playing No Limit games of Texas Holdem there are many moments when players have no alternative (except Fold hand) of bet but to choose ALL IN only to stay in current game and compete for the game in hand. There is also a possibility when a player can put his whole amount as a raise, which in other way is also an ALL IN case.

Would also like to know that these "all-in" quota restriction put by House ( paradise or planetpoker )apply while playing the "No Limit" games also or does the quota apply on only "limit" games ?
I am feeling some uncomfortable with the statement mentioned above and the poker game scenarios i just discussed above.
Please make me clear wheather these two things are different or same. Whatever are the possibilities, Please help me out.

<<Thanks in Anticipation>>

We are not talking about the usual all-in situation (ie not having enough chips to fully match a bet) here but the system on-line poker rooms use to protect the interests of those who lose a connection.

Unfortunately this facility is often used to cheat. For example, I bet and you (instead of folding, calling or raising) simply time out . So you get to see if I was bluffing, or if you had the better hand already, or if you make your draw without having to pay up and meet my current bet or any following bets.

It's not poker!

Despite their high words, many sites do little or nothing to prevent this abuse. Even when their software is able to detect that a player is still connected they will still allow this cheating.

When someone is disconnected they don't have to lose the pot when they have a winner.

So it acts as if you are all in and doesn't fold your hand, but you don't put any more money in.

It can be abused, if a player has a second best hand or is drawing and doesn't want to pay anymore to the pot.
