| I wouldnt say there is anything wrong with that no worse than i do all the time. I say i have AA all the time i dont see anything wrong with it. I think what you should take from this is dont listen to poker players ! When playing B&M i use words as a tool to help my game i dont berate people or act a jackass but i do manipulate people into forming an impression of me, whether it be me being stupid or whether i want people to believe i am playing tight. I believe this be another weapon in my armour Chasepoker | ||

| I'd say he was right. Flop comes 7-Q-7. He flopped a full house. He was ahead all the way to the river. You needed a runner-runner just to win the hand. I think you made the right decision no matter what. Why risk the whole tourney on AK? Unless I'm about to get blinded out, I can't see pushing all my chips in with AK off, especially with another caller. His words may not have been appropriate, but I think you folded on your own, not his words. At best you were a 50/50 to win the pot and we all know that isn't how you want to get bounced. Anyway, good luck out there. DJpoker. | ||

| No action on your part is warranted. You simply folded a drawing hand to an all-in raise, possibly influenced by some "table talk." For what it is worth, I would have folded also, since it was still in the first round (based on the 5 and 10 blinds). There always seems to be at least one kamikaze who goes all-in during the first round, either with or without a good hand. Just get out of his/her way unless you really have the goods. What can the crazy person win (15 in blinds plus any subsequent bets--probably still less than 100) and he risks going out in the first round. | ||
