| Ok latest update from UB: " Hi Richard - This is the best way to reach me. The delay in responding is usually my fault as I'm not always in the office. I'll be happy to throw in a UB hat for the event. Let me know what dates/times interest your group. It needs to be after 9/14 and the time needs to be on the 1/2 hour. Also, if you have a list of UB names from your group I'll see what can be done to code them so they can play in your event. If people do not already have a UB account, please make sure they follow the link below to access our website to download the game. If they do this, they should be coded properly to play in your event. | This is a little vague. The link is for UB's download page. I already have a UB account with money, so how do I get "coded" to play in "your event"? | ||

| Hey mate its not "my" event it's this forums i am just setting it up unless you want to ? would save me a job ! From the email i took it to mean that i ( or whoever ) will drop her an email with all the UB names on it for people who already have accounts and she will allow them to enter the UPF tournament. For those "newbies " who have yet to download UB they should download UB from this link enabling them to enter the UPF tournament negating this proceedure. In your case all you will need to do is post your name here and you will be able to enter the UPF event. If you do not wish to post your UB name here you send it to richjking@hotmail.com and i shall leave your name off any posts here. Hope this clarifies. Richard aka Chasepoker on 8. | Yeah, this is how it worked last time. TK sent UB our UB aliases (nicknames) and anyone who didn't have UB yet used the link to download before they gave him an alias. Then UB automatically registered us for the tourney and took the tourney fee out of our accounts. All we had to do was login and about 10 minutes before the tourney we were automatically seated. -Moz "That man is a Brownie-hound." | ||

| I believe that Caitlyn wants a list of all UB players who might even be remotely interested. She will then have someone at UB tag those accounts as being affiliated with UPF. That way they can use the automatic tournament system. It will be listed as a private game and only those players who have been tagged as UPF can enter. For the new users, if they sign up through the link they will be automatically tagged when their account is set up. Make sure you have Cait verify this. And I would try and sign up for the tourney as soon as possible to make sure it works properly. I'm going to try and make it!
